Branson Waterpark Lifeguard! Branson Waterpark Hotel is seeking friendly, dependable team members to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for our waterpark guests. We are a year-round indoor waterpark facility and hotel! We also are Branson's only year-round swim lesson academy (lifeguards can apply for swim instructor as well if interested). This position combines lifeguarding, waterslide operations, guest service, and admissions desk responsibilities. We are a shallow water facility [max depth = 5ft] with 2 large waterslide attractions. Applicants must be available to work Thursdays through Sundays. Responsibilities Monitor pools, waterslides, the lazy river, splash areas, and other water attractions. Actively scan assigned areas and respond immediately when guests need assistance. Safely operate waterslides, dispatch riders, enforce attraction rules, and start or stop slides when necessary. Enforce waterpark rules in a friendly, professional, and consistent manner. Respond to water rescues, medical incidents, and other emergencies. Provide

CPR, AED

care, and basic first aid within the scope of training. Assist guests at the admissions desk with check-in, wristbands, ticket sales, questions, and waterpark information. Provide excellent customer service to hotel and waterpark guests. Complete daily opening, ongoing, and closing duties. Help maintain clean and organized pools, decks, attractions, admissions areas, and employee spaces. Inspect assigned areas and report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or maintenance needs. Attend required training sessions, safety drills, and staff meetings. Work cooperatively with lifeguards, supervisors, hotel staff, and other departments. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. No previous lifeguarding experience is required. Must complete employer-provided lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first-aid training. Must successfully complete the required swimming and rescue-skills assessment. Strong customer service and communication skills!

MUST BE 16 OR OLDER

Physical Requirements Ability to swim and perform required water-rescue skills. Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and remain in or around water for extended periods. Ability to lift and move rescue equipment and assist guests during emergencies. Ability to work in a warm, humid, and occasionally noisy indoor waterpark environment.
