Overview Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Lifeguard - Seasonal (Summer 2026) and be the vigilant protector of our guests' safety while creating a fun, secure environment for all! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about swimming, guest service, and ensuring everyone enjoys their time at the pool. As a lifeguard, you'll be the first line of defense in preventing accidents, providing emergency assistance, and maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster memorable summer experiences for visitors of all ages. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR as needed Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical checks, and ensuring water quality standards are met Assist guests with pool-related inquiries, provide excellent guest services, and promote safety awareness Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, locker rooms, and surrounding areas through routine cleaning and pool cleaning duties Perform routine inspections of safety equipment such as rescue tubes, life hooks, and first aid kits to ensure readiness Support with heavy lifting tasks related to pool equipment or supplies during setup or maintenance activities Qualifications Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and first aid training from an accredited organization Proven swimming ability with comfort in deep water environments Prior lifeguard experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical testing and basic cleaning techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when handling pool equipment or supplies Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to remain alert for extended periods and respond quickly in emergency situations Embark on an exciting summer adventure where your skills make a difference!
