Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a responsible lifeguard to join our staff! In this role, you will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests in the community. Your quick response skills and friendly attitude will help create memorable experiences while maintaining the standards of safety and pool maintenance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills in water safety, guest services, and facility upkeep. The available shifts are Friday Nights 3pm-8:45pm Saturday Mornings 8am-3pm Duties Monitor swimming areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies using CPR and first aid techniques Conduct routine pool inspections, including checking water clarity, chemical levels, and overall cleanliness Maintain accurate incident reports and safety and chemical logs Support general pool area cleanliness through routine cleaning and pool cleaning activities to ensure a hygienic environment Qualifications Must hold a current life guard certification Valid certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid from recognized organizations Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues when necessary Strong guest service skills with a positive, approachable attitude Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
