The Lifeguard will monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, assist instructors when needed, and respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies. This role is critical to providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment for young swimmers. Key Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and pool activities during lessons. Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and promoting safe behavior. Respond to emergencies promptly, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR as needed. Support swim instructors by assisting with class transitions, equipment setup, and maintaining order in the pool area. Inspect pool area for safety hazards and report concerns to management. Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Serve as a role model for children by demonstrating safe and respectful behavior.
