North Canton YMCA Qualifications:

At least 15 years of age Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid If not certified, willingness to be trained

Weekday Evenings Weekends Responsibilities:

Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area Attends mandatory in-service trainings Positive attitude & team player Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage:

$12.00 - commensurate with experience •Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
