Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification/ CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to be certified Ability to swim proficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in swim instruction or coaching. Previous lifeguarding experience in a recreational setting.
Responsibilities:
Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all guests. Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform CPR and first aid as needed in emergency situations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the aquatic facilities.
Skills:
The required skills, such as CPR/AED and First Aid, are essential for responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety of all guests. Teamwork is vital as you will collaborate with other lifeguards and staff to maintain a safe environment.
