Aquatics Coordinator, Part-time Position Type:

Part-time Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience) Are you ready to dive into a leadership role where you can make a big splash in your community? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for an Aquatics Coordinator, Part-time to lead our aquatic programming, build a strong team, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for all.

What You'll Do:

Plan, organize, and oversee all aquatic programs. Hire, train, and motivate aquatics staff. Manage pool operations, including chemical testing and maintenance. Build relationships with members and ensure an exceptional experience.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum Age:

18 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 1,000+ hours of aquatic experience, including 2 years of teaching aquatic programs Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with pool operations (Certified Pool Operator certification preferred) Certifications You'll Need (we'll help!): Lifeguard and Instructor certifications before your first shift Certified Pool Operator/Lifeguard Management (within 6 months) Mental Health First Aid USA (within 6 months)
