Lifeguard, Mornings & Middays Position Type:

Part-time Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience) Shift Availability varies by location:

Brentwood:

Hiring for morning and middays shifts

Green Hills:

Hiring for mid-day shifts

Downtown:

Hiring for early morning shift — 5:00 AM to 10:00

AM Donelson-Hermitage:

Hiring for morning and midday shifts — 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00AM to 4:00

PM Sumner County :

Hiring for early morning and midday shifts Hey there water lovers! We're looking for enthusiastic Lifeguard, Mornings & Middays to join our Aquatics Team. If you're ready to keep our pools safe, have fun while working, and make an impact, this could be the job for you! What You'll Do Create a safe, risk-free environment for all swimmers. Enforce pool rules (politely but firmly). Build relationships with members while ensuring they enjoy their time in the water. Maintain a clean and safe swimming area.

What You Need Minimum Age:

16 No lifeguarding experience? No worries! We'll provide all required training and certifications, including the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
