Morning Lifeguard (Training Provided) Gordon Jewish Community Center - Nashville, TN The Gordon Jewish Community Center is looking for a dependable, energetic, and safety-minded individual to join our aquatics team as a Morning Lifeguard . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive environment and wants consistent weekday hours.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:15 AM - 1:45

PM Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Monitor the pool and ensure the safety of all swimmers. Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies when necessary. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests. Complete opening procedures and maintain a clean, safe pool environment. Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift. Lifeguard certification is NOT required. We are happy to provide training and certification for the right candidate. Why Join Our Team?
