Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies using first aid and CPR techniques Conduct routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Assist guests with pool-related questions, towel service, or directions to enhance their experience Perform regular pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and maintaining water clarity Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order and accessible at all times Maintain detailed incident reports and log daily pool activities for safety compliance Requirements Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim proficiently in various water conditions Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and cleaning protocols Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and active movement throughout shifts Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Basic understanding of safety regulations related to swimming pools and water environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication keeps pools safe and enjoyable for everyone.
