Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Aquatic Therapy Aide assists therapists in providing aquatic therapy services to clients in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include preparing the pool area, assisting clients in and out of the water, monitoring safety, cleaning equipment, and supporting therapists during sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a therapy setting preferred Basic water safety knowledge; CPR/First Aid certification a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

Flexible, includes weekdays and/or weekends
