Job Description

Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is looking for friendly adults to lifeguard on weekday mornings at our year-round, shallow-water indoor water park. Friday day shift availability preferred (9:30am-4:15pm). Premium pay for day shift year-round availability: $16.80/hr; with advancement can increase to $17.85/hr.. We provide paid, FREE
TRAINING.
We are open Thur-Sun during the school year; daily during spring break, summer and winter break, as well as holiday Mondays. Great for adults with teaching/medical experience.
Lifeguard Qualifications :
At least age 16 or older. Friendly and outgoing; comfortable and confident in interacting with people. Able to work for 8 hours in a warm, humid environment. Able to provide extraordinary customer service by assisting all guests in a professional and caring manner. Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class. Previous lifeguard training/experience is not necessary. Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands. We are busiest on weekends, school breaks and holidays. Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Ingleside Hotel is a drug free workplace.
