The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Change linens and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in cleaning common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Skills Proficient in various cleaning techniques and floor care methods. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
