PROFESSIONAL RESIDENTIAL AND AIRBNB CONTRACTORS

to join our rapidly growing company and help us provide clients with the best and most caring cleaning experience. Whether it is a customer looking to have free time to do the things they love, or cleaners looking for financial freedom, we are in the business of decluttering lives. Scope of work Standard, deep, and move-in/out cleans of residential spaces — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure high standards of sanitation and floor care. Deliver each job to our checklist standard. How you get there is your call Communicate directly with clients on-site in a professional, friendly way What you bring 1+ year of paid residential cleaning experience Your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation Comfort working solo and managing your own time (jobs estimated at 6+ hours are always assigned in pairs) Physical stamina — bending, lifting, extended standing, occasional furniture moving Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor How pay works Flat rate per job, paid through direct deposit. A standard clean pays $75-$90 Work efficiently and you keep the difference: fast cleaners clear $30-35/hr Most cleaners working two to three jobs in a day puts you at $200+ Bonus on every 5-star review a client leaves for you You set your own availability Growth opportunities as the company expands

Pay:

$120.00 - $200.00 per day
