Minimum Skills and Abilities Required:

Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaner Dusts furniture and equipment Empties wastebaskets, and cleans wastebasket inside and out Cleans floors using brooms and mops Clean tubs, shower curtain, sinks, vanity, and toilet Collects soiled linens for laundering, and transports it to designated area Replenishes supplies, such as trash bags, soaps, and bathroom items. Washes mirrors and door panels Loads and unloads dishes from dishwasher, dries dishes, and puts them away in proper place Cleans refrigerator, stove, and microwave inside and out Cleans all appliances Reports safety hazards, accidents, and injuries Transports trash and waste to disposal Attends departmental meetings Reports damages to supervisor Performs other duties as assigned
