Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and maintaining storage closets. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after each shift. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to ensure swift resolution. Assist with additional housekeeping duties during busy periods or special events to support overall hotel operations. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and janitorial supplies to ensure effective sanitation. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
