Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards and safety regulations Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners efficiently and safely Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture or equipment with proper technique to ensure safety Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and outdoor work as needed Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with strong janitorial skills Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface care products, and proper application techniques Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently to meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Skilled in using various cleaning equipment safely and effectively for different surfaces and materials Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or patios Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as laundry, surface cleaning, and floor care simultaneously Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe spaces that make residents feel comfortable and cared for.
