Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain property exterior areas. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies usage, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines related to custodial work. Experience Proven experience in residential housekeeping or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation. Experience handling cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and specialized equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers. Knowledge of manual handling practices for heavy lifting and outdoor work safety measures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and requirements.
