Honor Bound Cleaning LLC is a veteran-owned cleaning company serving the Quad Cities. We're growing and looking for experienced, dependable cleaners to join our contractor team. Our clients trust us in their homes, and we're building a team of people who take that seriously. What you'll do Residential cleaning across Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley — recurring cleans, first-time deep cleans, and move-in/move-out turnovers. We also take on commercial work: apartment unit turnovers, clubhouses and common areas, and small offices. Every job comes with a clear checklist so you know exactly what's expected before you start. Residential pay Flat rate per completed job, not hourly: Recurring cleans: $75

• 90 First-time deep cleans: $120
• 160 Move-in / move-out turnovers: $160
• 200 Rates depend on home size.

Homes over 4,000 sq ft are quoted separately. Add-ons like ovens, fridges, and windows pay extra on top. Commercial pay Commercial work is priced differently from residential — unit turnovers, clubhouses, common areas, and offices are quoted per job or per visit based on scope and square footage, not on the residential size tiers. You'll be given the exact pay for each commercial job before you accept it. Either way Tips are 100% yours — we never take a cut. Most cleaners average $25-35/hour depending on how efficiently they work. You always know what a job pays before you accept it, and your pay never drops for finishing early. Larger jobs are sometimes staffed with two cleaners — in that case the job rate is split between you and the job takes about half the time, so your effective hourly stays the same. You're paid by Zelle within 1-2 business days of completing a job — no waiting on a biweekly payroll cycle. What we're looking for Prior professional cleaning experience (deep cleans, move-outs, or unit turnovers a plus) Reliable transportation, plus your own supplies and equipment Ability to pass a background check Your own general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate) naming Honor Bound Cleaning LLC as additional insured — typically $30-50/month. It's your policy, it covers you for every client you work for, and it's tax-deductible. Don't purchase anything before we talk; we handle this after your background check clears. Strong attention to detail and real pride in your work Dependable above all — you show up, you communicate, you follow through A few things to know This is 1099 independent contractor work, not employment. You set your own availability, choose the jobs you take, use your own methods and equipment, and handle your own taxes.
