Job Description
Are you energetic and detail oriented? Do you like a variety of work? FWPC is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment communities located in Sierra Vista. This is a great job opportunity with a busy company!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for cleaning all make-ready/turned units for new occupants. Construction-type cleaning often required.
- Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all common areas of the communities.
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.
- Cleaning of furniture, windows, blinds, floors, laundry machines, sinks, mirrors, toilets, kitchens appliances, etc.
- Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies.
- Complete service requests that pertain to housekeeping issues for new move-ins, or for common areas.
- Clean on-site management office and laundry room.
- Assist with any emergency maintenance.
