This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in high-quality work and professional presentation. You'll perform move-out and turnover cleaning in apartments, condos, and residential properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Assignments may include one-time move-outs, property turnovers, deep cleans, and recurring opportunities as available. We're looking for cleaners who are reliable, efficient, respectful of client property, and able to follow a detailed cleaning checklist from start to finish. Responsibilities Perform detailed move-out and turnover cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers. Clean ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, appliance exteriors, fixtures, doors, frames, and baseboards. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform general floor care. Dust and detail surfaces, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other assigned areas. Follow BHCC cleaning standards, checklists, sanitation procedures, and safety requirements. Properly use cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality. Report damage, unusual conditions, access issues, or additional cleaning needs to management. Maintain professional communication and appearance while on assignment. Keep company or assigned cleaning equipment clean and organized. Participate in quality-control inspections when required. Qualifications Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, housekeeping, or move-out cleaning experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured cleaning checklist. Dependable transportation to assigned job locations. Reliable smartphone for scheduling and job communication. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout a shift. Ability to safely lift approximately 25-40 lbs when necessary. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Comfortable working independently or as part of a cleaning team. Must be able to complete jobs without soliciting clients or accepting private work from company customers. Compensation & Schedule $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and assignment. Part-time / on-call scheduling based on available cleaning assignments. Additional recurring opportunities may become available depending on scheduling needs and performance.
