This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects our high standards of hospitality and resident care. Essential Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of resident residences, common areas, restrooms, and designated community spaces. Perform routine housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and surface care. Process resident and community laundry, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution. Maintain housekeeping and laundry areas in a clean, organized, and efficient manner. Monitor and replenish supplies while using cleaning products and equipment in accordance with established procedures. Adhere to all company standards related to safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace practices. Respect resident privacy, personal property, and individual preferences at all times. Communicate maintenance concerns, safety issues, and other service-related matters to management promptly. Deliver professional and courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or a related service environment preferred. Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a consistent record of reliability and professionalism. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
