Job Summary:

As a Part time Hotel Housekeeper , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guest rooms and hotel public areas are spotless, sanitized, and ready for guest use. You'll help create a memorable first impression and ensure guests feel comfortable during their stay. Primary Responsibilities Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors Sanitize high-touch areas like remote controls, light switches, door handles, and phones Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and guest room amenities Notify maintenance of any needed repairs or broken items in rooms Manage laundry duties (washing, drying, folding) when needed Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines Respect guest privacy and handle their property with care Provide exceptional service and respond to guest requests with professionalism

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and perform repetitive tasks Constantly requires walking, stooping, bending, and pushing (carts up to 75 pounds) Ability to sit for extended period, bend, twist, squat, push/pull. Ability to use radios. Physical mobility and stamina.

Communication:

Basic English preferred for understanding instructions and communicating with guests

Work Ethic:

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, time management

Team Player:

Able to work independently and collaboratively with other staff

Availability:

Able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (morning/evening) Must be able to pass
