Where You'll Work Founded in 1958, Dignity Health - Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Grass Valley, California. Serving over 80,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including heart care, cancer care, women's health, and neurology. One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Environmental Services Tech, you will perform a variety of essential cleaning tasks necessary to maintain and improve the appearance and sanitary condition of all campuses.
Every day you will meticulously execute assigned cleaning protocols, utilizing appropriate equipment and chemicals to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and infection control. You will actively participate in quality control checks, identifying areas for improvement and helping to uphold our high standards. Additionally, you will engage in staff development initiatives, learning new techniques and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff across all campuses.
