Job Summary We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The Cleaning Staff member will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized spaces while following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. This position requires attention to detail, good time management, reliability, and a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Responsibilities Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties according to company standards Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies Empty trash and maintain clean and organized work areas Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled timeframe Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to the appropriate supervisor Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition Perform additional cleaning duties as needed Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Reliable, punctual, and responsible Ability to follow instructions and work independently Good communication and customer service skills Ability to safely use common cleaning products and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies as required Must be comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
