Our goal is to find somebody that wants a permanent career with our family, growing alongside us while taking full ownership of our home's daily needs. We have three school-aged children and we are hoping to find somebody with a warm presence and open availability for shifting family schedules, including potential evening or weekend hours. Position Summary The person who takes on this position is responsible for the overall organization, flow, and daily upkeep of the home. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly resourceful, and capable of anticipating household needs well in advance. Duties & Responsibilities Household Management & Operations (Primary Focus) Maintain a clean, immaculate, and highly structured environment. Oversee daily cleaning, laundry, organization systems, household inventory control, and meal preparation. Coordinate household maintenance, manage external vendors/contractors, oversee deliveries, and ensure all home systems run smoothly.

Errands & Procurement:

Handle all household logistics, including grocery shopping, restocking essentials and running daily errands.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Take full ownership of daily operations, seeing tasks through to completion and troubleshooting issues without requiring constant direction or interrupting the parents' workflow.

Travel & Domestic Logistics:

Travel domestically and internationally as needed Childcare & Family Support (Secondary Focus)

Childcare Integration:

Provide loving, attentive, and structured care for three children as integrated into the household routine and be willing to help out wherever it is needed.

Adaptable Family Support:

Adapt childcare duties naturally as the children grow, transitioning smoothly into expanded family administration, project management, and high-level household coordination over time.
