Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee our luxury treatment facility. In this role, you will lead our housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain an ultra-luxury, pristine, and safe environment that directly supports our clients' therapeutic experience. If you have a strong background in hospitality management, a high standard for property aesthetics, and a hands-on leadership style, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Guide, train, and support housekeeping and maintenance staff with clear expectations, schedule alignment, and direct assistance during complex tasks. Oversee property aesthetics and safety to ensure flawless guest rooms for new arrivals and continuous modern appeal. Ensure 100% reliability of critical HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems through proactive preventive maintenance, quick repair response, and oversight of pool, spa, and grounds. Maintain inventory levels for essential luxury supplies and linens while managing relationships with external vendors and specialized service providers. Partner with the Compliance Officer to ensure all fire safety and environment of care standards are consistently audit-ready. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or luxury property maintenance. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Schedule & Availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM primary schedule. Availability for remote check-ins or site visits during weekend facility or vehicle emergencies. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
