Job Overview Blue Sail Inn is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated team player to join our housekeeping team. We are an independent hotel overlooking beautiful Morro Rock, and we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Making beds and changing linens according to hotel standards Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors) Replenishing guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and glasses Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping floors Dusting furniture and surfaces Emptying trash and maintaining overall room cleanliness Stocking and pushing housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleans of carpets or upholstery Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control and scheduling support when needed Qualifications Dependable and detail-oriented Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers Able to work independently and as part of a team Hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort that guests remember!
