At The Landing at Morro Bay we believe that luxury is found in the details. As a Housekeeper at our boutique property, you are the guardian of our guests ' first impressions. We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated professional who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and thrives in a high-standard, intimate hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Curation:

Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds with precision, dusting high-end furnishings, and vacuuming/mopping floors.

Bathroom Excellence:

Sanitize and polish all bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and mirrors to a streak-free shine; replenish premium toiletries and plush linens.

Detail Orientation:

Ensure all brand-specific touchpoints are met, from the specific placement of stationery to the perfect fold of a bathrobe.

Common Area Upkeep:

Maintain the elegance of the lobby, hallways, and guest lounges, ensuring they remain inviting throughout the day.

Reporting & Maintenance:

Promptly report any maintenance issues ( leaky faucets, frayed carpet, lightbulb outages) or safety hazards to the Floor Supervisor.

Guest interaction:

Provide warm, professional service if encountered by guests fulfilling special requests ( extra pillows, turndown service) with a "can-do" attitude.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services is a plus, preferably within a boutique hotel environment.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs/hallways with agility.

Reliability:

Strong time-management skills and a track of punctuality.

Communication:

Basic English proficiency to interact with guests and understand safety instructions.

Compensations & Benefits:
