You'll uphold Ameswell's highest cleaning standards across guest rooms and public spaces, working independently with real pride in the details. Key Responsibilities Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and bathrooms to Ameswell's standards, including fixtures, showers, tubs, and flooring Changes linens, remakes beds, and replaces towels and bathroom amenities Dusts and polishes furniture and realigns it to the floor plan; vacuums and sweeps flooring Cleans interior windows, closets, and door tracks, removing dust and debris Empties trash and restocks supplies, carts, and bathrobes as needed Performs rotation and deep-cleaning duties as required Delivers and retrieves loaned items for guests, and checks and secures rooms\ Updates room status on the assignment sheet and restocks the cart at the end of shift Reports guest or employee concerns, and any maintenance or repair needs, to the Manager immediately Stays familiar with hotel services and local attractions to answer guest questions accurately Follows standard operating procedures and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area Performs other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent preferred Familiarity with sanitation, cleaning, and safety standards Comfortable working independently, staying self-motivated while meeting deadlines and high standards Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends Respectful, discreet, and detail-oriented with guests, coworkers, and property Benefits Eligible associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Term life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) including Sick Hours 401(k) retirement plan, effective from date of hire Hotel and F&B outlet discounts Wellness incentives through Class Pass Referral bonus program About The Ameswell Hotel Like the community we serve, we are inspired by art, nature, innovation, and technology.
