We are a local residential cleaning company in Oxnard seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team! This position works closely with our Spanish-speaking owner and trainer, so the ability to communicate comfortably in both Spanish and English is important for training, instructions, and day-to-day coordination. Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. Requirements:

Able to speak and understand Spanish for training and communication with the owner/trainer Able to read and understand basic English work instructions Available Monday to Friday during daytime hours. Full-time availability is strongly preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Have a valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with insurance Reliable smartphone Live within 20 minutes or closer to Oxnard (Preferred) Able to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform cleaning duties Ability to stand/walk for several hours during the workday Willing to complete a background check Attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision

Summary of Responsibilities:

Cleaning homes - Independently and as a part of a Team Follow written and verbal instructions during training (given in English and Spanish) Communicate with the owner, teammates, and office admin. Handle cleaning products and equipment safely Maintain professionalism in clients' homes Report issues, damages, supply needs, or house concerns promptly Enjoy reliable daytime work while staying active and productive! Cleaning Techs earn hourly pay, plus commissions, possible tips, and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings depend on hours worked, schedule, and performance. Part-time techs may earn around $400-$500 per week after training, while full-time or close-to-full-time techs may earn around $600-$800+ per week after training.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
