Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain a hygienic and inviting atmosphere. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure health standards are met. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and debris removal when necessary. Execute manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or furniture during deep cleaning or rearrangement activities. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on work progress, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and detergents along with proper handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Outdoor work experience is a plus for tasks involving exterior maintenance or garden-related cleaning activities.
