Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with deep cleaning projects during off-peak times or as directed by management. Skills Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service. Experience in hotel housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques. Proficient in floor care methods, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
