Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseperson to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of floor care procedures and custodial practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Bilingual preferred!
