Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to uphold sanitary conditions Assist with outdoor work when necessary by cleaning patios, walkways, or outdoor furniture to enhance curb appeal Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by responding politely to residents' or guests' requests and ensuring their comfort is prioritized Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and manual labor Familiarity with laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities is preferred Experience in housekeeping management or supervising teams is a plus Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to sanitation and cleaning procedures Join us in creating pristine environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
