Position:
We are a busy household hosting multiple events per month. We are looking for someone interested in a trusted, long-term, professional relationship. We want someone that takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates clearly and often, and makes our home run smoothly. This position would be part of an onsite two-person team. In addition to the onsite positions, there are weekly household cleaning, landscaping, and pool servicing vendors. Key Responsibilities Occasional meal prep:
ingredients prepped and ready to finish when we arrive home Weekly grocery and household supplies ordering Laundry & linens: wash, fold, and put laundry away. Ironing, steaming, and special garment care as needed. Maintain a tidy and well-stocked laundry space.
Household Cleaning:
Light daily tidying: dishes, trash, floors, surfaces, and breaking down/disposing of boxes. Prep home before cleaners arrive.
Household Organization and Maintenance:
Maintain household organization systems. Coordinate donations. Handle routine maintenance such as changing batteries, light bulbs, filters, smoke detectors. Inventory & Errands (using company vehicle): Restock pantry, refrigerator, and household supplies. Handle returns, dry cleaning, and other similar errands as needed.
Special event setup:
Setup for small or large meetings / events / dinners, host and clean-up of such events Pet (Dog)
Care:
Daily feeding, daily medications, transporting to vet/boarding/groomer.
Seasonal decorating:
Setup assistance, inventory of decor, organizing decor as needed.
Household vehicles:
Take to car wash and maintenance appointments Other duties as assigned Requirements Clean driving record (DMV printout required) with valid California Driver's License & Current insurance coverage (company vehicle provided) Able to lift 50 pounds Up-to-date vaccinations (general, COVID, and flu) required. Previous housekeeper/household experience preferred Background check required.
