What You'll Do Clean residential homes and move-out properties Complete short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas Dust, detail, and maintain a high level of cleanliness Follow SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists Work independently or as part of a small team Communicate professionally with clients and the team when needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — this is very important to us Strong attention to detail Able to stay active and clean for several hours Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With SD Sparkle?
