We are currently looking for a Breakroom Attendant to work in-house at one of our San Rafael client locations. Our local warehouse will deliver packaged snacks, beverages, coffee and breakroom supplies. The Breakroom Attendant will replenish those supplies in the client kitchens (in cabinets, shelves and deli-coolers) to keep the product fully stocked, as well as maintain and report inventory so that our warehouse can bring the next day's order. This position requires a lot of walking and lifting, as well as frequent customer interactions. Training will be provided, but some experience is a plus. This is a Monday through Friday position. Hours are 6:00 am -2:30 pm.

General Responsibilities:

Start and end each day in San Rafael. Stock bins/baskets and coolers with merchandise -rotating older inventory to the front, understanding some food safety. Stock storage areas of all other breakroom supplies, such as coffee, cream, sugar, plates, snacks, drinks, etc. Check inventory and place new orders based on established par levels. Change displays as needed to accommodate customer requests. Regular cleaning of coffee brewers, and other equipment we have loaned to the client. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image while on site.

Skills and Requirements:

Must have outstanding customer service skills and be a team player, as directions may change daily. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and time-management skills are a must. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds regularly. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as well as safely lift, push, pull, reach and bend.
