Job Description
Join Angie's Stays, Chico's leading short term rental management company. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to help maintain our vacation rental properties. Our goal is to provide every guest with a five-star experience, and that starts with exceptional housekeeping. Each property typically requires 2 to 3 cleanings per week , providing consistent work for the right contractor. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a growing team. Benefits 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling Consistent work available (approximately 15 to 20 hours per week) Competitive pay Clear communication and organized management Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing vacation rental company Responsibilities Perform detailed turnover cleanings between guest stays Change and launder linens as needed Restock guest amenities and report low inventory Take clear, detailed photos after each cleaning Report maintenance issues or damages promptly through our app Complete periodic deep cleans Ensure every home is guest-ready and meets company quality standards Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional residential, Airbnb, hotel, or motel cleaning experience Experience using a smartphone and mobile apps for work Ability to take clear, detailed photos Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail and time management Reliable, professional, and dependable References from previous cleaning clients or employers Preferred Qualifications Previous Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning experience Experience following detailed cleaning checklists Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Schedule This is an on-call contractor position based on booking activity. Most cleanings occur during the daytime between guest check-out and check-in. No overnight shifts Most work is completed during normal business hours Occasionally, a cleaning may extend past 5:00 PM during busy periods About Us Angie's Stays is one of Chico's leading vacation rental management companies.
