Their 5-year-old daughter is in kindergarten and loves ballet, so comfort with helping with ballet routines is important. Knowing how to create a ballet bun is a plus, but the family is happy to teach! The ideal candidate is warm and attentive with children, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently in a home with a cat. A reliable and careful driving is also important, with the option to use either a personal or family vehicle for work-related driving.

Childcare:

Provide warm, attentive, and engaging care for a 5-year-old child. Safely pick up the child from school and transport her to ballet and other activities. Support daily routines and transitions with patience and consistency. Assist with ballet preparation, including helping with her ballet bun. Engage the child in age-appropriate play and activities. Provide occasional date-night or extended care as needed. Maintain clear and timely communication with the parents.

Housekeeping & Household Support:

Maintain the home through light housekeeping and regular tidying. Organize and declutter household spaces as needed. Handle laundry, ironing, and linens. Keep common areas and household spaces clean, organized, and presentable. Run household errands and complete grocery shopping. Take initiative with household tasks without needing daily direction.

Cooking:

Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for the family. Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping. Keep the kitchen clean and organized during and after meal preparation. Prepare meals based on the family's preferences and needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional nanny, Family Assistant, housekeeping, cooking, or related household experience preferred. Experience caring for young children. Comfortable managing a combination of childcare and household responsibilities. Strong cooking and meal preparation skills. Comfortable with light housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and household organization. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Confident and careful driver.
