Company:
Ponte Vineyard Inn is a Four Diamond, 90 room, boutique hotel located next to Ponte Winery surrounded by 300 acres of mature vineyards and views of rolling hills. We are a short drive from most of Southern California and enjoy hosting folks who want a break from city life. Our guests visit us seeking a relaxing day or overnight stay in the country. We have become the benchmark for great service among Temecula wineries. Our associates are dedicated to delighting guests by providing excellent hospitality and serving great wine and food in a beautiful environment.
Summary:
The Hotel House Person will assist housekeeping room attendants in cleaning the facility and ensures that the property is presented with a quality that exceeds the guest's expectations.
Compensation:
$21.00 hourly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Weekends and Holidays are a must Days varies by Hotel business needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transport supplies including linen, room supplies and sundry items to supply locations. Ensure that room attendants have all supplies needed throughout the day. Communicate with room attendants and inspectors in-person and over the radio and ensure all requests and tasks are completed. Review the daily room assignments and fulfill requests such as: showers chairs, cribs, rollaway beds, feather free rooms, etc. Remove Dirty linen, dirty dishware and trash from rooms, sort dirty linen in laundry area. Remove dirty linen and trash from maid closets. Restock, organize and clean maid closets and storage closets. Load and unload dishwashers. Ensure that trash is removed from the facility and grounds. Restock cleaning supplies and other items on housekeeping carts throughout shift, as needed. Review next day's departures rooms and prepare clean linen for those rooms. Report any items or areas requiring maintenance attention. Assist to perform other housekeeping tasks as business demands require. Perform any additional duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to lift heavy items. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Good communication skills, teamwork, time management skills.
