Job Description
Wise Choice Cleaning Company is looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Residential & Airbnb House Cleaner to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys creating clean, welcoming spaces for our residential and short-term rental clients. This position will include cleaning private homes as well as Airbnb and vacation rental properties. Experience in residential, professional, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning is required . Schedule & Hours Monday through Friday Daily start time of 8:00 AM Part-time and full-time opportunities available Approximately 20-40 hours per week , depending on availability and workload Some weekend work will be required , particularly for Airbnb turnovers Hours may vary based on client schedules and cleaning needs There is room for growth within the company, along with opportunities for pay increases and bonuses based on performance, reliability, and experience. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Bathrooms Clean and sanitize inside and outside of toilets Clean and disinfect showers, shower stalls, and bathtubs Disinfect countertops and sinks Clean mirrors, doors, and fixtures Wipe baseboards and other detailed areas Vacuum and mop floors Kitchens Clean and disinfect countertops Clean the inside and outside of microwaves Clean stovetops, burners, and racks Clean and sanitize sinks Polish stainless steel and appliances Wipe down the exterior of appliances Vacuum and mop floors Bedrooms & Living Areas Vacuum and mop floors Dust furniture, décor, and surfaces Wipe baseboards as needed Make and change beds Clean and straighten rooms Remove trash and replace liners Perform detailed cleaning as requested by clients Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning Complete efficient turnover cleanings between guest stays Change and make beds with fresh linens Restock basic supplies when provided Ensure the property is clean, presentable, and guest-ready Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items Follow specific cleaning checklists and property instructions Qualifications The ideal candidate is: Experienced in residential, professional, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Reliable, punctual, and dependable Energetic and motivated A team player Able to follow directions and cleaning checklists A self-starter with good time-management skills Comfortable working in different homes and rental properties Able to perform physically demanding work, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting Available to start work at 8:00 AM Available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend work If you are an experienced cleaner who is dependable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a company, we would love to hear from you!
