Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens according to client preferences. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with health standards. Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with manual handling safety in mind. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and address any special requests or concerns promptly. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned duties within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures is highly desirable. Experience with outdoor work or handling outdoor cleaning tasks adds value to your application. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of various cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and equipment operation ensures effective task completion. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles within the field.
