Front Desk/Housekeeping

Overview Cottonwood Hot Springs is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member for a dual Housekeeping / Front Desk role. This position combines cleaning responsibilities with guest service, helping create a clean, peaceful, and welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities Housekeeping:

Clean cabins, guest rooms, and common areas Change linens and restock supplies Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Assist with laundry (wash, dry, fold) Report maintenance or safety issues

Front Desk:

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Process reservations and payments Provide information about property amenities and policies Handle guest concerns professionally Qualifications Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable in both physical and guest-facing roles Positive attitude and strong communication skills Basic computer skills required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout shifts Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work in a natural hot springs setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays Perks Employee hot springs access Discounts on retail and services Apply Today If you enjoy a mix of physical work and guest interaction in a unique setting, we'd love to hear from you.
