Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Caregiver/Housekeeper/Server to join our dedicated team. In this multifaceted role, you will provide exceptional assistance with reminders and cues, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and assist with meal service to enhance the quality of life for our residents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering person-centered care. Duties Assist residents with reminders and cues to independently complete ADL's.. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. Engage residents through meaningful communication, companionship, and activities that promote cognitive stimulation, especially for those with dementia or neurodevelopmental disorders like autism, mental health or intellectual disabilities. Follow all safety procedures including CPR and first aid training to respond effectively during emergencies or incidents. Uphold residents' rights by respecting their dignity and privacy while supporting their individual needs within assisted living or long-term care settings. Document observation notes in ECP. Experience Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care programs, hospice care, or caring for individuals with neurodevelopmental or developmental disabilities is advantageous. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality is essential. Proven skills in cleaning, serving meals, caregiving experience a plus Familiarity with care plans development and implementation for residents with complex needs. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Certification in CPR and first aid is required; additional certifications related to caregiving or healthcare are a plus.
