About Mountain Marvel Cleaning Company Mountain Marvel is a residential cleaning company based in Conifer, Colorado, serving homeowners and short-term rental hosts throughout the mountain communities west of Denver. We handle everything from recurring home cleanings to same-day Airbnb turnovers, and our clients count on us to get it right every time. We're a small, close-knit team that values dependability and quality over cutting corners. About the Role As a House Cleaner, you'll be the person our clients trust to make their space feel truly cared for. Within your first few weeks, you'll know our cleaning standards inside and out, be comfortable running a home or rental turnover independently, and be building the kind of client trust that keeps people requesting you by name. What You'll Do Clean occupied homes and vacation rental turnovers to Mountain Marvel's quality standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms Reset short-term rental properties between guests, including making beds, restocking essentials, and doing a final walk-through Spot and flag maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in rental properties Manage your time across multiple jobs in a day using our scheduling app Communicate directly and professionally with clients when needed Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and stocked in your vehicle Follow safety and chemical-handling guidelines for all cleaning products
