We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Housekeeper/laundry attendant to join our team at a hotel with exterior corridor rooms. This position requires the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards within 20-25 minutes per room Maintain cleanliness in up to 25 rooms per day during peak season (average 15-20 rooms) Restock supplies and report maintenance issues as needed Navigate exterior corridors and multiple staircases (no elevators) Work independently and manage time efficiently without sacrificing quality Communicate effectively with management and team when necessary Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Must be physically able to climb stairs and be on feet for extended periods Proven ability to clean efficiently and meet daily room quotas Attention to detail without compromising speed and efficiency Ability to work autonomously and stay on schedule Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus

Additional Information:

Basic room setup with minimal amenities (not a luxury property) 30-day probationary period to assess performance, time management, and cleanliness standards Continued employment contingent on meeting expectations consistently Laundry days are set Thursday and Friday must be able to work those days. Tuesday is a set housekeeping day. This is a part time position with potential to become full time

Pay:

$15.16 per hour
