Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Worker, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional laundry and housekeeping services, ensuring all linens, garments, and hospitality spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to an outstanding guest experience and a smooth-running operation. Responsibilities Operate commercial-grade dryers, washers, tunnel dryers, conveyor dryers, and garment care machines safely and efficiently. Handle laundry processes including washing, dry cleaning, bleach washing, fabric care, laundry ironing, pressing machines, and laundry folding with precision. Manage labeling of garments and linens to ensure proper identification and organization throughout the laundry cycle. Utilize mechanical stain removal techniques such as baking soda stain removal, hot water stain removal, fabric-specific cleaning methods including dry cleaning and steam cleaning. Maintain an organized workspace by tracking inventory levels, replenishing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of all laundry areas. Push carts and operate tunnel washer operations to transport linens and garments seamlessly across the facility. Perform laundry steam cleaning and barrier washer operations while adhering to machine operation safety procedures. Support customer service efforts through courteous interactions with guests or staff regarding laundry needs or inquiries. Assist with inventory tracking to ensure adequate supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and laundry accessories are maintained at all times. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial laundry environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of fabric care techniques including stain removal (mechanical and chemical), ironing, pressing, and folding. Familiarity with operating laundry equipment such as stackable dryers, machine operation safety procedures, tunnel washers/dryers, and garment care machines. Experience in using labeling systems for garment identification and inventory management. Ability to maintain an organized workspace while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction. Basic understanding of inventory tracking systems related to laundry supplies and equipment maintenance. Pay:
