Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, as well as the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in all cleaning activities. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards in all areas of responsibility. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in residential and commercial settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
