As a Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Express - Steamboat Springs, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that guests enjoy a consistent and high-quality stay experience in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking amenities. Change linens and towels according to hotel standards. Replenish in-room supplies such as coffee, toiletries, and cups. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping carts. Respect guest privacy and adhere to "Do Not Disturb" policies. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Perform deep-cleaning tasks and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required—training is provided. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and stay motivated. Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance). Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Friendly and professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff. Why Join Us?
